Louise Marks, Project Management Professional, embraces a collaborative approach to coaching, training, eLearning development and project work.  She has extensive experience in the Information Technology, health care, association and adult education services environments.   

 Ms. Marks delivers a variety of project services, placing emphasis on successful delivery and team collaboration.  During all projects, attention is focused on recognizing the need for clients to realize benefits and to adapt to change inherent in each undertaking. 

Activities include project lead services, eLearning development, PM methodology creation  and individual and group mentoring.  Louise also creates and delivers professional development training, develops eLearning content using Adobe Captivate, holds seminars to expose Executives to key project management concepts,  and promotes project team activities. 

 As a technology executive, Louise has played a key role in a broad range of organization activities, including leadership, change management, strategic planning, team management, technology oversight, product development, staff enrichment, and web development. 

 Ms. Marks is a graduate of the University at Albany with both a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Master’s degree in business administration. She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development as well as the Project Management Institute.
